The S1.8T provides superior bass and extra high power handling with its dual 6.5 inch Kevlar cone woofers with rubber surrounds and cast frames, its 3 inch soft dome midrange, and its 1.125 inch inverted titanium dome tweeter. Incorporating exclusive patented S4X^® crossover and driver-control technology, the S1.8T creates a virtually perfect integration of drivers, ideal for their intended frequencies. S4X^® also provides greatly increased control over frequency response, phase, and impedance, resulting in superior performance and imaging. Because of S4X^® technology, any Induction Dynamics^® speaker can be used to build a custom home theater system. The S1.8T can be combined with any Induction Dynamics^® center and surround speakers, be they in-wall, on-wall, or free-standing. Carpet spikes included for added stability.
